One of the best purchases I made last year was the Masienda Tortilla Press. We eat a lot of tacos in our house, and fresh tortillas are no comparison to store bought.
Our kids do the majority of the tortilla production. They think it’s fun to mix the masa and press the tortillas (it is!), and it’s really nice to have them in the kitchen helping out.
This short documentary film by Eater and Masienda about where the corn is sourced is also really interesting, and one of the reasons I decided to purchase it from them.
